Justice accessory flood canal still afraid off by Rail alley stones.

Even though the current Village board has backhoes working a few feet away the Village Administration of Justice and its Public Works Dept has fail to clear the stones and debris from the secondary ditch that once drained flood water into the I and M Canal. Several local residents from the area claim people use that area to illegally enter behind the canal with their off road vehicles/ motorbikes. A resident who recently inspected the area informed Mayor Wasowicz about the impediment at the March 23rd 2009 Village Board meeting. As of March 26th 2009 the long time blockage still chokes off a significant drainage artery for our village. For your investigation the area is approximately 700 feet north of Oak Grove and Blackstone.
