Rep. Hare Works to Resolve Misguided FEMA Rules

Congressman Phil Hare went to the House floor to ask Homeland Security Appropriations Subcommittee Chairman David Price (D-NC) to work with him in the event that FEMA and the US Army Corps of Engineers are unable toreach a resolution fixing recent flood recovery rules that will negatively affect levy and drainage districts in Illinois and elsewhere.
