Location: Ningolai, is a village in Swat District of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. It is located at 34°51'0N 72°25'0E with an altitude of 974 metres (3198 feet).This village is 13 KM north west of Mingora Swat. This village is situated on the left bank of swat river. Introduction: Ningolai is a small village in Swat Valley of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. It is known for its natural beauty and lying in an area crossed by Alexander The Great during his invasion. Later, after the Lal Masjid massacre, Ningolai became known as sympathetic to the Taliban movement. The village consists of Yusufzai Pakhtun tribes. The village contains a small series of mountains and a jungle, residential area starting from meadows of mountains to the fields, a village market, vast land for crops, number of springs and canals, and a part of the Swat river. Famous mountains of village are Usmani Sar, Khore Rore. Population: There were approximately 1602 housholds in the village in June, 2011. and there was at least 11000 population in person in June, 2011. Geopraphical Surrondings: In the west of village there is another village of Bara Bandai and the east there is Shakar Dara village which is last village of Bar Swat area to the west. Ningolai is about 75 km from kalam, the famous tourist spot of Pakistan.
